A Sunday of Faith and Connection in Lamin

Lamin has always been a special place for DK Telecom. It’s a community where our network is strong, but more importantly, where the bonds between people are even stronger.

On Sunday 2nd July,2025, we were humbled to join the Christian community at St. Peter’s Church in Lamin for the celebration of the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul.

Beyond the occasion; it was about coming together as one community networking together. The gathering accommodates thousands of Christians within the greater Banjul area across all demographics.

To make the day even more meaningful, we provided free high-speed outdoor internet through our DK- Streaming to provide internet connection to everyone in attendance throughout the day. Seeing families, friends, and parishioners connect and share the joy of the moment reminded us of our mission. The smiles, the gratitude, and the sense of togetherness were worth more than words can capture.
